During my trip back home, I finally tried pho (after seeing all of those amazing pictures Kristina would post)
LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING.
IT WAS THE BEST THING IN MY ENTIRE LIFE.
Since having it, I’ve found asian markets to get my bones and I’m going to make it from scratch on weekends to enjoy throughout the week.
But since I can’t wait six hours for the bones to boil down, I HAD TO GET SOME ASAP.
